Terms & Conditions for Joining Free Quran Classes
At Online Quran Hub, we are dedicated to making Quran education accessible to everyone. To ensure fairness and provide support to those who need it most, we have outlined the following terms and conditions for our free and discounted classes. Please review them carefully before applying.
1. Discounted Classes for Students in Need
We understand that not everyone can afford the full tuition fees. That’s why Online Quran Hub offers discounted classes for students who are unable to pay the full fee. If you’re facing financial challenges but can manage a discounted fee, please reach out to us. We are committed to helping deserving students access Quranic education.
2. First-Come, First-Served Basis
Our free Quran classes are quota-based, and spots are limited. The sooner you apply, the higher your chances of securing a place. However, if you’re not selected right away, you will be placed on a waiting list. We will notify you as soon as a vacancy opens up so that you can join the classes.
3. Special Support for New Converts
We have a dedicated sponsorship program for new converts to Islam. We understand the challenges that come with embracing a new faith, and we don’t want finances to be a barrier to your Quranic education. If you’re a new convert, we will provide free access to our Quran classes to support your spiritual journey.
4. Merit-Based Scholarships
All students applying for free classes must be selected based on merit. You will need to provide valid documentation to support your financial situation. We aim to ensure that this scholarship reaches those who truly need it and are committed to their studies.
5. 95% Attendance Requirement
As your Quran classes are funded by donations, we ask that you attend classes regularly. A minimum of 95% attendance is required to retain your scholarship. If you need to miss a class, please inform us ahead of time. We can offer makeup classes if necessary. However, missing classes without prior notice or a valid reason may result in the cancellation of your scholarship. This policy helps ensure that the scholarship funds are used efficiently for dedicated students.
6. Active Participation is Key
We encourage all our students to show enthusiasm for learning and actively participate in their lessons. Your engagement helps maximize the benefit of this scholarship, not only for you but also for others in need. Refund Policy & Key Features
At Online Quran Hub, we aim to provide a seamless and flexible learning experience for all our students. Please read the following refund policy and key features to ensure clarity and mutual understanding:
1. Eid Holidays and Monthly Fees
Eid holidays are included in the monthly fees for our students. As these holidays are part of the planned schedule, we do not offer a refund for these days.
2. No Refund for Missed Classes
We understand that life can sometimes interfere with your schedule, but there is no refund for missed classes during the month. However, we offer make-up classes for any missed sessions, provided that you inform us in advance about your absence.
3. Refund Policy Before the Start of the Month
If a student decides to withdraw before the new month begins, they are eligible for a refund of the monthly fee. Once classes have been confirmed, or if the student has attended at least one class or remained absent without prior notice, refund requests will not be entertained.
4. Withdrawal and Notification Requirements
If you wish to stop your classes for any reason, we kindly ask that you inform us via our official email before the start of the new month. If we do not receive prior notice, the full monthly fee will still apply, as we plan resources based on the scheduled month.
5. Time-Based Packages
All of our Quran class packages are time-based, not course-based. This means that classes are scheduled on a monthly basis and the fee covers the entire month, regardless of the number of lessons taken.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance on a monthly basis, following the completion of the Free Trial. This ensures that both parties are committed to the learning schedule.
7. Make-Up Classes for Missed Sessions
While we do not provide refunds for missed classes, we believe in offering make-up classes for students who notify us of their absence in advance. This ensures that your learning progress remains uninterrupted.
